From this week, Facebook will start testing the Accounts Center in settings on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. Accounts Center will allow you to control connected experiences that work across the Facebook apps.

Accounts Center will allow you to easily turn any connected experiences off or on including Singl Sign-On, which lets you log in and recover your accounts more easily. Also, cross-posting allowing you to share the same story or post on both Instagram and Facebook.
Later this year, Facebook Pay will be adding to Accounts Center, says the company. In the U.S., users can enter payment information once on Facebook and then use Facebook Pay to make secure purchases and donations across Facebook and Instagram.

Using Accounts Center, you don’t need to have the same identity across all apps, you can sync your name and profile photo across apps. That means if you change your name or profile photo on Facebook, it will automatically update on Instagram as well. But, you can stop your name and profile photos from syncing.
