Google Docs Allow to fix images to some place on a page

You can now place an image in a fixed location in Google Docs, ensuring it remains on the page at a certain spot and is not interrupted by text and other elements.

A new toolbar where you can easily access other options for formatting images including scale, rotation, brightness, and contrast settings. To position, an image relative to a page select the image and select “Fix position on-screen” from the menu bar below it. Select the overflow menu (three-dot) to open the sidebar “Image options,” followed by “All image options.” Beginning 30 March 2020, this will start rolling out.
