Google has been rollout to enabled Dark Theme support for Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets apps for Android users. All Android users now access the Dark theme in the next few weeks. Users can activate the Dark theme that can be activated by going to settings in the Docs, Sheets, Slide apps, and select theme options, then select Dark. Google also confirmed these apps will automatically use your system theme selection. So you don’t worry about to enable it manually in the apps (if your device is support for system dark theme).
Google is working on adding Dark mode to support a number of its own apps. Previously Google has enabled Dark Mode in the Gmail, Google Calendar, etc apps. Google Maps did not support Dark mode on iOS for now, but Google will expand to support Dark mode on its very own popular native apps. As for the information Dark theme use a low-light environment to save battery life.
How to turn On/Off Dark theme on Google Docs, Slide, and Sheets?
Go to the settings for Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides apps, and this will automatically activate the dark theme by default if your device is supported to system Dark theme. You can also turn off the Dark theme by selecting Light in the individual app in the theme option in the settings.
