Ten years ago, Criterion Games published Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, their critically acclaimed franchise debut. It introduced NFS and racing fans to Seacrest County’s winding, open roads, the renowned sense of breakneck speed and gameplay by Criterion, and the innovative Autolog system, empowering true social competition among friends.
In racing that is socially competitive at its heart, bolt down Seacrest County headfirst behind the wheels of the world’s hottest high-performance cars. Connect in cross-platform, head-to – head pursuits and races with your friends, or get challenges provided via the highly dynamic Autolog system based on their activities for asynchronous competition.
Cross-platform sync is also supported by Autolog, so you can make a label on the Speedwalls of your mates whether they play on PS4, Xbox One, PC, or Nintendo Switch.
The SCPD Rebel Racer Pack, Super Sports Pack, Armed & Dangerous Pack, Lamborghini Untamed Pack, and Porsche Unleashed Pack are all big DLCs delivered at launch, with an additional six hours of gameplay and more than 30 challenges. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered.
To build an even more well-rounded gameplay experience this time around, Criterion added entirely new achievements, car colors, covers, reduced hard stops, and improved picture mode and gallery, and numerous quality of life improvements, too.
Without pushing the world’s most coveted supercars to their limits on both sides of the rule, it wouldn’t be a Hot Pursuit. Bust suspects improved with offensive weaponry in supercharged police interceptors, or level the playing field as an elite racer with counterattacks and defensive maneuvers. Strategize to achieve an advantage over the competition, regardless of what hand you are on!
The action of both sides provides a profound and thoroughly defined single-player career, with a seamlessly connected multiplayer experience across all race modes. In order to win Bounty and unlock new cars, weapons, and equipment, take on friends or play through the career alone.
For today’s generation of hardware with better graphics, the Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered has been updated. The game will run at 1080p/30 FPS on the base models of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
