To confirm the cancellation of the ticket, the identity card number with a photograph has to be given. Once given this number click on the OK button. The ticket is then canceled and the amount is credited to the person’s bank account. However, due to ticket cancellation, some amount is deducted.
The steps to cancel a ticket are as follows:
- Open your agency/service account.
- Select the ticket you want to cancel.
- Enter your photo ID number to confirm ticket cancellation.
- The amount will be credited to your bank account.
The advantage of buying tickets online is that when tickets are purchased online, there is a huge queue and congestion. So it saves time. Even if you lose the printout of the ticket, don’t worry. You can take as many printouts as you need.
There are also some disadvantages to buying tickets online. If the server has a problem, the ticket cannot be purchased on time or the ticket cannot be canceled. For that, we have to wait until this problem is solved. Another problem is that you need to have facilities like computers, internet facilities, and credit or debit card requirement.
