Pinterest launched a new widget for iOS called “Interests”, where Pinterest users can choose their top interests and fresh content right from their home screen, and the new “Interests” widget now available to everyone around the world.. Users can able to select from the top interests including, Beauty, Home Decor, Food, Men’s & Women’s Fashion, and Quotes.
Back in 2020, Pinterest launched a new iOS widget in October (you can read full details from here) which is now active on more than 2 million users’ home screen.
To add the “Interests” widget for your iOS home screen, make sure you have installed the latest version of Pinterest, as well as your iOS device, is up to date. To add the “Interests” widget to the home screen, long-press on your home screen on empty space, and select the “+” icon from the top right corner to add a widget. Then select the Pinterest widget or you can search it in the search bar, now select Pinterest and press the “+ add widget” button from the bottom.
Then select the Pinterest widget on the home screen that you have earlier added to the home screen, then choose your favorite interest from the list and select the update frequency on your daily or hourly basis, then tap on the choose button, from here you can select different choices of interest from Home Decor, Women’s fashion, Food, Beauty, or Quote. Then it will look like this, see the below image:
After you tap on the earlier created interest widget, you can see your favorite content right from your iOS home screen, it will automatically refresh depending on your choice you selected when you created that widget, which is hourly or daily basis.
