Pinterest already launched Story Pins in September 2020 (you can read full details from here), for selected creators in the United State, so they can create or see Story Pins on their iOS, Android devices, as well as on the web. As a part of the initial launch in the US, the company also said they have been working to launched Story Pins internationally in the coming months.
In India, people can start testing Pinterest Story Pins if they request early access to Story Pins. If you received an email from Pinterest that means you can able to request Story Pins as early access, see the screenshot below which is I received earlier this morning, and they give me early access to Story Pins, and I’ve successfully done it:

But, if don’t receive this type of email you can still send a request to Pinterest to get early access to Story Pins via this link, maybe you will get any luck, because Story Pins not available to everyone, it is only available to selected creators only in India. Then you will see this type of screen, then you need to tap on that image to request early access to Story Pins by entering your Pinterest login credentials.

After you successfully get early access to Story Pins from Pinterest, you can now able to create or see Story Pins on Pinterest. See the screenshot below of my phone:

If you request early access to Story Pins from the web browser, you will see this message after you successfully get access, see the image below:

When you create Story Pins on your iOS or Android device, make sure you have the latest version of Pinterest installed on your devices, if you did not update the Pinterest app then you will see this type of message, see the below screenshot.
