The community and image-based Reddit now introduce image galleries to enable Redditors to share up to 20 images or gifs in a single post. Image Galleries for Android will be released next week. Reddit also plans to support mixed media types include videos, images, and gifs all in one post.
“Image Galleries fulfill a longstanding community request ever since we added support for image uploads back in 2016,” said Reddit Senior Product Manager, Tyler Swartz. “We’re excited about products like Image Galleries because they give Redditors more ways to engage and share content with their favorite community, while also making communities more vibrant and exciting.”

To create an Image Gallery, Redditors simply select their favorite community, tap on the ‘Create a Post’ button and select the ‘Image Post’ option from the tabs. Note: Reddit users can only select up to 20 images or gifs in a single post. After selecting images, Redditors can arrange the images this will includes the post title, additional caption up to 180 characters, or URL for each image or gif. When everything is correct, then tap ‘Post’.
