Sony announced the launch date and price availability for its next-generation gaming console, PlayStation 5. PS5 will be launch on November 12, 2020, in seven markets including the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. The rest of the world will get PS5 on November 19, 2020, including Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, Asia, and South America.
The price of PlayStation 5 with an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive will start at $499.99 USD/$629 CAD/¥49,980/€499.99/£449.99. And PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will start at $399.99 USD/$499 CAD/¥39,980/€399.99/£359.99. The PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition are now available for Pre-orders at select retailer stores.
Sony also announced the price for the PS5 accessories that will launch alongside the PS5 console:

- PULSE 3D Wireless Headset – $99.99/¥9,980/€99.99
- HD Camera (1080p) – $59.99/¥5,980/€59.99

Both PS5 models use the same custom processor with integrated CPU and GPU for high-quality graphics up to 4K, with an ultra-high-speed SSD and integrated I/O that will deliver lightning-fast loading time. Both PS5 models also offer a deepened sense of immersive through the DualSense wireless controller and 3D audio capabilities, so you will enjoy the same transformative gameplay experience.
