According to the latest update from The Verge, Twitter announced a new big feature called “Super Follows”, which lets users charge their followers for access to additional content or extra content, and the ability to create and join groups based on their specific interests.
“The payment feature, called Super Follows, will allow Twitter users to charge followers and give them access to extra content. That could be bonus tweets, access to a community group, subscription to a newsletter, or a badge indicating your support,” says Jacob Kastrenakes from The Verge.

The above image indicates where a user charges $4.99 per month to receive a series of perks, which means creators and publishers will get paid directly by their fans.
Twitter also introduces a new feature called Communities, which will be taking on Facebook Groups (see the below image). With the Communities feature from Twitter, people can create and join groups around their specific interests which allowing them to see more tweets focused on those topics.

Both of these Twitter features currently not available to launch and there are no words from Twitter when these features will be available or coming to users, maybe it’s in development, or maybe Twitter continuously working on it.
